Boise

The Capital of Idaho, Boise is known as the City of Trees. Boise has many unique sites and attractions including the Boise Greenbelt, The Old State Penitentiary and even the famous blue turf football field.

 

Meridian

Meridian, Idaho, offers a harmonious blend of small-town charm and urban convenience, making it a sought-after locale for families and professionals alike. As one of the fastest-growing cities in the state of Idaho, Meridian is a place where tradition and progress meet, creating a welcoming environment for those looking to put down roots.

 

Eagle

The city of Eagle resides just 9 miles west of the heart of Downtown Boise providing great access to both Boise and Meridian. Enjoy fly fishing on the Boise River + golfing on one of the four courses in Eagle. Eagle is home to prime real estate along the Boise River within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment.

 

Star

Want country living while remaining close to everything the Boise Valley area has to offer? Star is often called the “New Eagle” where you can find more affordable high amenity homes with easy access to nearby Eagle and Meridian and growth at a faster rate than you’d expect.

 

Kuna

Kuna is the fastest growing city in the valley. The former farming town is quickly growing into a bustling suberb. Here you’ll find the beautiful Morley Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area, which holds North America’s densest population of nesting raptors. In the summer, enjoy floating the Indian Creek or checking out the Kuna Caves. Kuna is your least expensive option in Ada County.

 

Canyon County

Canyon County includes Nampa, Caldwell and Middleton. Nampa being the largest of the three offers a range of housing options with all the conveniences of North Meridian. Caldwell enjoys a lot of open land and feels a lot more rural. In Middleton you will find homes situated on waterfront lots with beautiful surrounding views.
